Pricing questions
What is in the 30-day trial?
Everything in Pro, for 30 days, with no card required. You are not evaluating a cut-down version — the trial resolves to the full Pro feature set, so what you test is what you would be buying.
How many people can use one subscription?
Two office seats are included with every plan — a seat is a login to the ATLASS desktop. Each plan lists its own rate for office seats beyond those two. Field crew who reach the business only through the satellite apps or the phone line are not seats and are not counted. Seat administration is handled with us directly while we are in founding-stage rollout.
Is there a contract?
No. Monthly plans cancel any time. Annual billing is simply cheaper: you pay for ten months of the twelve, which is where the “2 months free” badge comes from.
Is my data mine?
Your data is yours — owners export a full backup any day. It is one action, not a support ticket: an owner or admin exports the whole business, every record including the complete double-entry ledger, as a structured machine-readable file you keep.
Does it handle payroll?
Payroll is calculated and recorded; you file with CRA. Pay runs, deductions, T4s and records of employment are computed here and posted straight into your books, with no re-keying between a payroll app and an accounting app. ATLASS does not transmit anything to a government agency on your behalf — the numbers are prepared and recorded, and the filing stays in your hands.
Can I use my own AI with it?
Yes, and it costs nothing extra. ATLASS ships a native MCP surface on every plan, so an MCP-capable assistant you already pay for can drive the application through one audited connection using scoped tokens you mint, revoke and audit yourself. Tokens are free to mint and there is no per-conversation fee for using your own agent.
Can the price change on me later?
Your subscription carries its own locked prices, recorded when you sign up — a later change to the public list price does not reach back and re-rate an existing subscription. A founding-partner rate stays locked for as long as that subscription stays active.
Can I move my books over from something else?
Yes — the books are real double-entry with opening balances, so an existing set of accounts and balances can be brought across rather than started from zero. Talk to us before you migrate and we will walk it with you.
